With a CS degree from the University of Michigan and a PhD in Biomedical and Health Informatics from the University of Washington, Dr. James built his career as a software developer at Microsoft, a senior medical software engineer at NVIDIA, and VP of Engineering at Pluto VR. Now CEO of Dopl Technologies, he leverages his expertise in data, AI, and startup leadership. Inspired by his father's work dramatically reducing Black infant mortality rates in Kalamazoo, he is committed to using technology to democratize global access to procedural healthcare.
