Rob Ogburn is the Associate Vice President of Federal Relations and Executive Director of Business and Community Services at Central Washington University. He leads initiatives that drive economic development and innovation statewide, focusing on entrepreneurship, sustainable innovation, and regional competitiveness with support from the National Science Foundation as well as various state and federal partners. Rob has also taught supply chain management, marketing, entrepreneurship, and leadership courses at CWU. Before joining CWU in 2019, he spent over 23 years in management and executive roles with tech startups, mid-sized companies, and Fortune 100 manufacturing companies, including his work on global strategies for Boeing and other industry leaders.
