Andy Weinstein is a third-generation beverage distribution executive and the CEO and Founder of GODOT, a circular economy company. With nearly two decades of experience spanning supply chain operations and energy infrastructure, he leads strategic initiatives at the intersection of industrial innovation and circular economy solutions. Through GODOT, his current focus is on industrial-scale hydrogen production via hydrothermal carbonization (HTC), a process that converts agricultural waste into Modern Coal (biogenic hydrochar), green hydrogen, and food-grade CO2.

As Principal of Weinstein Beverage Companies, he has successfully modernized legacy distribution operations using AI-driven systems. He is an active industry leader, serving on the Board of Directors for the Seven-Up Bottler Association and as a founding member of the American Beverage Association's Next Gen cohort.
