As Executive Director of Matchstick Lab and founder of Vibe Coworks, she creates spaces, systems, and pathways that help founders move faster—from early traction to real growth. Her work brings founders, capital, and community into tighter alignment to unlock regional innovation through entrepreneurship. With a background in international development, she has lived and worked across four continents, and is driven by the idea that everyone should be able to do the work they love, from the place they love, all while building something meaningful in the process.
